This notice explains how ORIDI LLC handles information submitted through oridi.net.
Information you provide
Client inquiries may include your name, company, work email, phone number, staffing requirements, desired timing, work location and other information you choose to provide.
Employment submissions may include your name, email, phone number, location or relocation status, role interests, availability, professional profile, résumé, project files and additional context.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, government identification numbers, medical records or other information that is not requested by the form.
Technical information
The website may process basic request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and bot-verification results to protect the forms and website from abuse.
How ORIDI uses information
- Responding to client inquiries and evaluating staffing requirements
- Evaluating candidates for current or future opportunities
- Communicating about submissions and potential engagements
- Protecting the website, preventing abuse and complying with legal obligations
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered through Namecheap hosting and Private Email. Google reCAPTCHA processes verification data under Google's applicable privacy policy and terms. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
If a candidate is selected to move forward and a background check is required, ORIDI may use Checkr in a separate process. Any legally required disclosures, authorization and candidate information will be handled at that stage, not through the general-interest form.
ORIDI does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or with your direction.
Retention and security
ORIDI retains submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, recruiting, business-record and legal purposes described above. Website uploads are processed temporarily and are not stored in a publicly accessible directory. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing william@oridi.net. ORIDI may retain information when reasonably necessary to meet legal, contractual or recordkeeping obligations.
